Adecco is currently hiring a full-time detail oriented

Administrative Assistant

with experience in SAP to provide support to our client’s office team in the East side of Edmonton, AB. In this role you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks efficiently to ensure smooth day to day operations.

Location: Edmonton, AB

Shift: Monday
– Friday | 40 hours a week (work on-site)

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and detailed minutes of meetings, ensuring timely documentation and distribution.

Manage filing systems and maintain organized records for easy retrieval and compliance.

Perform data entry tasks and submit expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Handle daily administrative duties such as typing documents, filing, answering calls, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, coordinating meetings and conferences, and distributing mail.

Support special projects by recording, compiling, retrieving, and analyzing data as needed.

Focus on creating and developing new processes or materials, rather than simply maintaining existing systems.

Process material requisitions and follow up with vendors regarding shipment status, delays, and delivery timelines.

Manage calendar activities including travel arrangements, event bookings, and coordination of onsite meetings or luncheons.

Qualifications:

Must be legally authorized to work full-time and currently reside in the Edmonton or Sherwood Park area.

Possess a post-graduate diploma in Business Administration.

Bring a minimum of 5 years of administrative experience within large corporate settings.

Proficient in SAP with a solid background in meeting minutes, complex report preparation, and organizing meetings and conferences.

Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage priorities effectively, and work under moderate supervision-capable of identifying issues and seeking guidance when needed.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email platforms.

Proven administrative coordination skills with a customer service mindset.
