Full Job Description
Duties:
– Provide administrative support to the office & field staff as needed.
– Assist Office Manager.
– Perform clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, data entry, filing, creating & maintaining documents as needed.
– Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records.
– Assist in coordinating projects from setup to close-out.
– Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness.
– Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.
Qualifications:
– Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role preferred.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
– Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
