As an Administrative Assistant, you will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Duties

of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

Responsibilities:

+ Answer overflow and direct phone calls

+ Organize and schedule appointments.

+ Plan meetings

+ Distribute incoming mail

+ Process outgoing mail, Fedex

+ Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms for the Subsidiary President.

+ Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

+ Develop and maintain a filing system

+ Order office supplies

+ Maintain contact lists

+ Provide general support to visitors

+ Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients

+ Liaise with Subsidiary President to handle requests and queries from senior managers

+ Provide support to Subsidiary President with reporting and other tasks

+ Assists Subsidiary President in day-to-day administrative responsibilities.

+ Makes travel arrangements when necessary.

+ Works with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams

+ Creates PowerPoint presentations.

Qualifications:

Required:

+ High School Diploma or General

Education

Degree (GED).

+ Strong

communication skills

both oral and written form required.

+ 2 years’ administrative experience.

+ The incumbent must be familiar with computer software, specifically Word, PowerPoint Outlook and Excel.

+

Ability to

read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

+

Ability to

apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.

+

Ability to

deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
