Job Overview
Niagara Scenic Tours, Upstate and Western NY’s premier motor coach operator, is looking for a ambitious, self-motivated individual as our Administrative Assistant. Individuals will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of the facility.
Responsibilities
Maintain office organization through effective clerical support and office management.
Utilize Excel for basic accounting tasks and financial record keeping.
Proficiently use Google Suite applications for document creation, data management, and communication.
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documentation is current.
Provide administrative support to management and other departments as required.
Coordinate office supplies inventory and order materials when necessary.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support overall office operations.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with Excel and Google Suite is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Previous experience in customer support or as a personal assistant is beneficial.
Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
