Administrative Clerk
Entry Level Administrative Clerk position. Individual will be responsible for assisting key personnel in the job site office trailer or at the fabrication shop. Employee must be able to be badged for the Y-12 UPF Site.
Duties and Responsibilities
Accurately enter and track daily timekeeping records
Monitor and control office supply inventory for site trailer
File and organize documentation including contracts, permits, daily reports, etc
Operate standard office equipment, printers, laminators, etc
Assist with project event planning, as needed
Submit reports or files to the client with accuracy
Manage office supplies and inventory and place orders as needed
Support Project Management with data entry and filing
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
Exceptional organization skills
Detail oriented
Proactive approach to problem solving
Able to work independently and works well within a team setting
Problem solving skills
Self-motivated
2-5 years’ experience required
