Responsibilities include: Populating data bases, book keeping assistant, contacting customers and addressing customer concerns, answering phones, utilize various construction software, placing materials orders, timesheet management, purchasing supplies and errands, assisting all office personnel in any tasks required.
Skills: Honesty, self motivation and punctuality are critical to success in this job. Professionalism with customers and colleagues is essential. An ability to talk to customers and address their concerns is paramount. Candidate should be able to multitask with various computer software systems. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to a changing work environment will ensure success.
Candidates must be able to pass a criminal record check as well as an illegal drug test.
Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
