Our client, a global financial technology platform company is hiring an Administrative Assistant to join their team that supports the Chief Data Officer and that department. This is a brand new position that has opened due to additional support needed as this department has continued to expand and is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and join an amazing team!

This is an 18-month contract-to-hire opportunity!

The ideal candidate will have had previous experience supporting a software or fintech company and have administrative experience using both MS Office products, MS Outlook, Google Suite products, and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities:

Provides administrative support in a variety of functions to an individual, team, department or another group in an organization.

Collects, reviews and analyzes data and prepares reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials.

Respond to or route routine inquiries from external or internal sources with own correspondence or other messaging.

Schedules and coordinates meetings, travel, and other group activities.

May be responsible for creating reports and distributing on a regular schedule.

Has advanced word processing, spreadsheet, and graphics software skills.

Requirements:

2+ years of administrative or office assistant experience

Experience managing complex international calendar

Experience with email correspondence through MS Outlook and Gmail

Experience with Google Spreadsheets

Experience with scheduling meetings, catered events, team summits

Experience building strong relationships with co-workers and staff
