Position Overview:

We are seeking an administrative assistant who will be primarily responsible for scheduling interviews, preparing documents, and importing and organizing data.

What are we looking for?

Must have experience scheduling interviews with multiple parties.

Must be digitally savvy and have experience with Salesforce, Monday.com or similar project management tool, and Microsoft Office.

5+ years in an administrative or data entry role with a high attention to detail.

Education, Experience, and Skills:

5-10 years of administrative experience with considerable data focus

Meticulous attention to detail

Strong autonomy and time management

Excellent oral and written communication

Data management and entry

Experience with high-volume scheduling

Qualifications and Competencies:

Microsoft Office

Monday.com

Board construction, automation building, data entry and organization

Salesforce

Microsoft CRM
