We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the office and assisting management with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the management team and other staff members

Manage and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Answer and direct phone calls, as well as handle emails and correspondence

Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic

Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed

Assist with preparing and processing office orders and supplies

Coordinate and support office events and company activities

Perform general office duties, such as data entry and managing office equipment

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure

Attention to detail and accuracy

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset

High school diploma required; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus
