Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, managing documentation, and ensuring efficient workflow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
• Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
• Maintain and update company records, documents, and databases.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Support various departments in administrative and clerical tasks.
• Assist in handling internal and external communications.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
• At least Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
