Overview:

AE Coach is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant. The primary responsibility of this position is to support the directors of our consulting and coaching division with additional duties including but not limited to, graphic design and light copywriting. Candidate must exhibit exceptional time management skills, a proven record of engaging with clients over the phone, experience with Adobe Creative Suite, be customer service oriented and skilled with technology. What you’ll do:

Answering and transferring telephone calls

Email correspondence

Scheduling and managing calendars

Consistent follow-thru with clients/advisors/internal departments

Ordering and maintaining office supplies inventories

Receiving and distributing mail and packages

Attend weekly team meeting

Project assistance – working with team on projects assigned

Work independently and proactively with little direction

Track quarterly and yearly coaching stats

Create and collaborate with other departments on marketing pieces

Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Experience you’ll bring

Strong organizational skills; capacity to manage workload while navigating a variety of competing, ever changing priorities

Outstanding communication skills, particularly can build rapport over the phone and email with a variety of personality types

Ability to work independently, but also as a collaborative team member

PC proficiency, ability to work on several platforms at once
