Stepping Stones Therapy, Inc., is looking for an energetic and friendly office Intake Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to join our fun team.

Front Office Intake Coordinator/Administrative Assistant is required to be able to multi-task and perform efficiently. The duties include- welcoming guests/patients and family members, processing new and existing patients prior to their scheduled appointments, and various administrative tasking assisting the Office and Finance Managers. Duties include and are not limited to scheduling patients, organizing documents, uploading and maintaining paperless patient charts, medical records, insurance verification, interacting with and sending correspondence to insurance providers and individual patients. Experience in a medical/therapy environment along with insurance benefit verification would be very helpful, and we are open to training our perfect person.
