Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator / Title Clerk to join our team at Dodd RV of the Peninsula, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for managing vehicle titles and ensuring compliance with state regulations. Your contributions will play a vital role in supporting our sales operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Process vehicle titles and registrations accurately and efficiently.
Maintain organized records of all title transactions and related documentation.
Communicate with customers regarding title inquiries and provide exceptional service.
Collaborate with sales staff to ensure timely processing of vehicle sales paperwork.
Manage schedules for title processing to meet deadlines effectively.
Assist in administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.
Accounts Payable

Requirements

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred.
Quickbooks Experience – Minimum 1 year.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Familiarity with title processing or automotive paperwork is a must.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing documentation.
Ability to manage schedules and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Pay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour
