Established general contractor serving the Tacoma area is looking for an experienced executive admin/office manager.
Candidates must be organized, have strong communication skills and have a positive attitude.
We are looking for someone with advanced quickbooks, word, excel experience who can handle the following duties:
invoicing
payroll
bill pay
administer 401k and benefits plan
Experiance with Public works projects and Certified pay roll will be emphasized.
This key role is a unique position that facilitates the day-to-day operations in the Tacoma Office and will be the first point of contact in many situations. The position is a multi-tasking, constantly moving role, with the answers to all of the questions! The right person for this role will know exactly what that means!
