RK&K is committed to finding a dedicated and strong Administrative Assistant for our Tampa, FL office. In this role, you will provide task-oriented support for our projects and teams. You will be responsible for these essential functions:
Travel to our Lakeland, FL office one day a week with milage reimbursement.
Essential Function
Completing orders and coordinating with vendors for office supplies, project materials, meeting catering, etc.
Creating and managing expense reports
Managing phones, mail, and shipping, printing
Assisting with scheduling meetings
Office/facilities communication, work orders
New employee onboarding
Printer/Copier/IT communication and support
Conference and training registrations
Travel arrangements
Greeting visitors
Scheduling meetings, meeting preparation
Reviewing proposals / marketing support
Data entry to support contract and proposal management
Project status report development and updates (from data provided by others)
Invoice tracking and support
Project budget and staff availability tracking support
Project document control & document management support
Required Skills and Experience
Two years professional office administration experience
High school diploma
Microsoft Word and Excel skills with working knowledge of other Microsoft Office products
Florida Notary Public
Ability to exercise sound judgment in managing confidential or sensitive information
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and professional skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
Highly organized and meticulous attention to detail
