As our administrative assistant at Control Freaks Hawaii, your time will be spent supporting the company in our goal of achieving the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

Working extensively within a suite of service tools that we have implemented, including iPoint, Gmail, Google Drive, etc

You will be responsible for all aspects of warehouse tasks including ordering, receiving, and shipping of products.

Your work will include running errands for various staff members including product pickups/drop-offs, vehicle maintenance, etc.

You will manage all of the various service requirements of the company vehicles and the scheduling & coordination that comes along with it.

Some days, your daily work will be planned and structured. However, ours is a fast-moving and dynamic line of work. Your priorities can shift at a moment’s notice. You must be comfortable with this and willing to be an active participant in juggling multiple demands. We need someone who can take curveballs like a champ!

What should you bring to the table?

3-5 years in a high-end customer-facing service role preferred;

A high school degree or GED equivalent;

Organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through are a must;

Patient and friendly personality at all times;

Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written;

Resourceful and willing to patiently work through challenging situations;

Ambition to strive for 100% client satisfaction at all times;

Experience in the home technology business is a plus, but not a requirement.
