Division: Clean Energy
Responsibilities:
Executive administrative support for daily activities & office needs.
Provide administrative support for project coordination by assisting with schedules, documentation (e.g., contracts, change orders, RFIs), compliance documents, and expense reports.
Collaborate with project managers to track budgets and costs, adjust change orders, and manage vendor documentation for pricing or quantity changes.
Support project closeout by preparing final documentation for submission to agencies.
Prepare materials for meetings and presentations, including agendas, hand-outs, etc.
Draft professional correspondence with accuracy.
Create and manage files – both electronic and hard copy.
Coordinate and maintain calendars for both business and personal.
Compile expense reports for reimbursement and other financial records as needed.
Qualifications:
3+ years’ working experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Must possess natural organizational talents and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to foresee needs before they arise and come up with solutions to problems quickly
Expert level computer skills including – MS Office
