We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations onsite in Detroit. If you’re highly organized and enjoy working in a dynamic, multicultural environment—this opportunity is for you!

As a key member of our team, you’ll collaborate with colleagues in the United States and India, helping ensure smooth operations while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced global organization.

✨ Key Responsibilities

✔ Provide administrative support to local and international teams

✔ Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics

✔ Assist with purchasing, vendor communication, and inventory tracking

✔ Support onboarding and HR-related documentation

✔ Prepare internal reports and maintain digital records

✔ Welcome office visitors and support reception duties

✔ Help coordinate events and training sessions

✔ Liaise with HR and Finance as needed

✅ Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

1+ year in an administrative or support role

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Professionalism and discretion with sensitive information

Nice to Have

Experience with international teams

Familiarity with procurement or HR support tasks

Part-time, onsite position in Detroit, MI
