Job Description: Executive Assistant
Reporting to: Chief of Staff to President
We are looking for a highly organized and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide support for multiple executive level employees. The position requires executive-level service delivery, scheduling, facilitation, communication, and coordination on a daily basis. This position requires a high level of confidentiality and trust, and a bright, positive personality. The most critical aspect of this role is that of servant leadership – no job or request is too big or too small; requests come from all over the company and this individual is happy to please. “It isn’t in my job description” isn’t in this ideal candidates’ vocabulary!

Responsibilities:
Provide superior administrative support with high attention to detail, accuracy, and contribute to a positive, collaborative, and professional team environment.
Provide sophisticated calendar management for Executives.
Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
Complete expense reports for respective departments.
Provide other administrative duties such as screening voicemails and telephone calls, making travel arrangements and maintaining contact list.
Assist with special projects.
Collect and prepare information for meetings with staff and outside parties.
Work closely with the executives to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
Anticipate Executive’s needs in advance of meetings, conferences, etc.
Provide back-up support for the administrative support team as needed.
Assist with occasional office responsibilities as needed, including restocking snacks, covering the front desk, or supporting general office operations.

Candidate must meet the following qualifications:
High School Diploma, Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Two or more years of work experience in a related position
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
Strong organization, planning, scheduling and problem-solving skills
Initiative, detail oriented, and follow through
Able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as with a team
Ability to support multiple people and manage multiple priorities in a very fast-paced environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Compensation: $58,000 – $70,000 Base Salary
We believe in building a compensation structure that reflects the comparable market pay rate for positions at companies similar in size, revenue generation and geographic location; in addition to individual factors including seniority, performance-based merit, education/training, and experience related to scope of responsibilities.
Bonus: Eligible for the company’s bonus plan.

FAM Trip: After one year of employment, eligible for one three-to-four-night stay per calendar year in an Inspirato property, subject to availability and program terms.
