Citimark Management Co., Inc. is a downtown Indianapolis commercial real estate company looking for an individual who is an energetic self-starter, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task their workload due to work in coordination with multiple departments.
This person should have thorough knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office apps, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat. This person should also be very proficient at editing documents for formatting and grammar.
Main Duties Include:
Assists with administration and organization in the Construction Department, to include: preparing, sending, collecting, and filing contracts and other documents.
Assists with Property Management Department administration.
Assists the Accounting and HR Department for administrative tasks and event planning and organization.
Assists with general administration, digital filing, organization, inventory, and ordering of office supplies.
Provides customer service to tenants and responds to general inquiries.
Serves as the initial contact for deliveries and visitors.
Assists with company events, to include: ordering food, set up and tear down, and helping presenters with technology needs.
This position requires the ability to complete other duties and responsibilities, as requested, sometimes on an immediate basis.
Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred.
Relevant experience in a project coordination and administrative support role in a comparable organization required.
Commercial real estate experience preferred
Previous exposure to Construction administration not required but would be a plus.
This position is required to work in the office and is not eligible for remote work.

This position is not eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
