We are looking for a full time Administrative Assistant.

This position is located onsite and is not a remote or hybrid position.

Responsibilities/Job Description:

Ability to maintain reception area including answering and routing main line phone calls and building a professional rapport with customers, vendors and employees.

Transacting, reconciling and verifying operational transactions within the companies ERP system, BisTrack and GP.

Other tasks as assigned

Prepare, update and maintain documents using MS Word and Excel

Sort, open and distribute mail

Prepare outgoing mail

Provide varied administrative support to the Company’s management team

Order office and breakroom supplies

Miscellaneous scanning, copying and mailings

Run local errands including but not limited to: bank deposits, weekly groceries for the office, pick up food or supplies for meetings

Ability to lift 25 pounds

Team spirit with a willingness to assist in other tasks or projects as needed.

Dependable, reliable and punctual

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Skills Required:

1-2 years Administrative experience preferred

High skill level in MS Office products.

Valid California Driver’s License

High level of integrity, initiative and commitment to excellence

Strong interpersonal and customer service skill

Must be able to communicate effectively (written, oral and electronically)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a proponent for change

Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking ability

Must be able to work independently and with a team
