Job Title: Remote Admin Sales Support
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin/ Project Support professional to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and skilled in various administrative and Project Management tasks, with a strong ability to support ongoing projects the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and Project Management support to ensure the efficient operation of the office and sales team.
Handle requests and queries in a timely and appropriate manner.
Prepare and distribute communications, memos, emails, and other documents as needed.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
Book meeting rooms and coordinate virtual meetings.
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graphic Design: Proficient in Canva for light graphic design work (samples of Canva projects required).
Expert Experience in Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, OneDrive.
Experience with project management tools, particularly Asana.
Strong grammar and punctuation skills, with the ability to draft professional communications.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in a similar role or providing administrative support to sales teams.
Experience with remote work and virtual communication tools like Zoom, or Slack.
Strong attendance record and commitment to consistency in a remote environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience in administrative, project support, or sales team support roles.
Intermediate to advance proficiency with spreadsheets.
Ability to work efficiently in a virtual environment and communicate effectively with a remote team.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
