Title: Administrative Assistant

Company: Magellan Financial & Insurance Services, Inc.

Location: Apex, NC

You’re the Person Who Keeps Everything Running Smoothly—Even Before Anyone Else Notices Something’s Off.

You thrive on getting things done. You catch what others miss. You care about precision, timing, and doing things right the first time.

If that’s you… you’re exactly who this role was made for.

Marty Hensley, a high-performing financial advisor with a booming radio-show-driven client base, is looking for you—a proactive, organized, tech-savvy right hand to keep everything operating like clockwork.

You’ll be the critical force behind the scenes ensuring every client interaction feels effortless, every application gets submitted on time, and every appointment is perfectly prepped. This isn’t a “desk job”—this is the engine room of a mission-driven financial firm changing lives across North Carolina.

Here’s what’s waiting for you:

An opportunity to work directly with a top-tier advisor in a growing firm where your contributions directly impact success.

Earning potential of $80,000–$90,000+, based on performance—your value is seen, rewarded, and appreciated.

A flexible, independent work environment where your problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills are trusted and respected.

You’ll love this role if you:

Excel at keeping track of details and moving parts—even under pressure.

Want to make a meaningful impact without needing constant supervision.

Get satisfaction from supporting others and helping a business thrive.

Enjoy working with smart tools like FireLight, CRMs, and Microsoft Office.

Value being part of a purpose-driven team that’s focused on helping families plan for a better financial future.

What you’ll do:

Process applications, service requests, trades, and paperwork with precision.

Run client illustrations and prep documentation to support client meetings.

Manage Marty’s calendar, ensure meetings flow smoothly, and coordinate with remote team members.

Track radio show leads, schedule appointments, and follow up to keep opportunities moving forward.

Suggest improvements and tighten workflows so the whole team runs leaner and better.

You’ll stand out if you:

Have financial services experience (but quick learners are welcome).

Know your way around insurance paperwork or are willing to get licensed fast.

Bring a sharp eye for detail and a deep sense of responsibility to your work.

This is more than a job—it’s a rare chance to play a central role in a successful, growing firm that’s making a real difference in people’s lives.

But here’s the thing:

Someone else is going to get this role if you don’t take action. And once it’s filled, it’s gone.
