Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional administrative support, and enhancing customer service experiences. This position requires strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Accounts Receivable experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide clerical support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and maintain accurate financial records.
Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism before distribution.
Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Experience
Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred, with a focus on clerical tasks and customer service.
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
Experience in Accounts Receivable is preferred
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
