Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role handles day-to-day office tasks, document management, scheduling, and coordination to support management and staff.

Key Responsibilities

– Office Management: Maintain office supplies, handle correspondence, and ensure the office runs smoothly.

– Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, arrange meetings, book travel, and coordinate appointments for management.

– Document Management: Prepare, edit, and file documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain digital and physical filing systems.

– Communication: Act as point of contact between departments, clients, and external parties. Handle phone calls and emails professionally.

– Data Entry & Reports: Input data accurately into systems like Excel, ERP, or Talentera. Prepare periodic reports as required.

– HR Support: Assist with onboarding paperwork, workforce requests, and maintaining employee records.

– Other Duties: Support special projects and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.

– 1-2years experience in an administrative role preferred.

– Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.

– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
