Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
MaxClean Restoration is a provider of restoration and remediation services. We are seeking a talented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and prioritize their tasks, while maintaining a positive attitude. This position will be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails, assisting clients with their scheduling needs, and providing general support to the team.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments
Create and update records as needed for insurance, tax, etc.
Processing invoices, expenses and maintaining financial records accurately
Preparing of reports, presentations and documentation
Maintain contact lists
Provide administrative support to the owner as needed
Perform other related duties as assigned by the owner
Managing phone calls, emails, and inquiry from clients and partners
Skills:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, or in another relevant role
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
