The Tiny Life creates content around simple living topics, specifically tiny houses, minimalism and homesteading. We also have a SEO consultancy arm to our business.
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to handle diverse personal errands, appointments, and household-related responsibilities that can be done remotely for the owner. This position also requires a proactive and organized individual to handle essential administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of the business.
Your work will be solely focused on technical execution of daily tasks, not the coordination of others. We need someone who will be directly hands-on with the work each and every day. The right person will be adept at executing in a small team environment, often executing independently as a solo worker.
We offer a flexible schedule to those who can help us drive outcomes for the business and keep the business moving smoothly. You set your schedule as long as you meet deadlines and you can work from anywhere as long as you have access to reliable high-speed internet and a phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal & Lifestyle Management
Manage personal calendar, appointments, and virtual meeting scheduling
Handle personal correspondence, emails, and online communication
Organize and maintain personal digital files and records
Assist with online research, information gathering, and virtual errands
Support personal projects, online purchases, and remote task management
Marketing Execution & Coordination
Execute basic daily marketing tasks
Support both The Tiny Life and our SEO consultancy
Help manage the day to day details of our marketing
Project Management & Admin Tasks
Coordinate deadlines, deliverables and scheduling
Own delivery calendar and ensure team is on track for priorities
Update and document status of projects
Generate needed reports and update existing ones
