Job Summary:
As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team of electricians and project managers. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our company. This position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business administration or related field preferred.
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction or electrical industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
