We are a small company seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in daily office tasks and ensure smooth operations within the office environment.
Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
– Assist with data entry tasks
– Organize and maintain files and records
– Answer phone calls
– Perform general office duties
– Manage schedules, appointments
Requirements:
– 2 years previous In-office experience
– High School Diploma required
– Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Attention to detail
