Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing phone calls, performing clerical tasks, providing executive administrative support, and ensuring effective communication within the organization. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
Salary $75K-80K
Position based in Northern NJ
Healthcare experience a plus!
Qualifications
Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
Effective Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Experience with Executive Administrative Assistance tasks
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in office software and technology
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
