We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Office Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills, excellent phone etiquette, and a friendly demeanor, making them the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining phone etiquette.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Utilize Google Suite to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is welcoming and tidy.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Handle scheduling and appointment coordination for staff members.
Assist with various administrative tasks to support office operations.
Experience
Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with phone systems.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
Attention to detail with strong proofreading capabilities.
