Position Overview
The HR Coordinator at Dicolor USA is a key contributor within our Human Resources team, providing essential administrative support across various HR functions. This role is responsible for organizing onboarding and offboarding processes, managing employee records, responding to inquiries, and assisting in recruitment efforts. The HR Coordinator will leverage Gusto for employee data management, ensuring accurate and efficient HR operations.
Primary Responsibilities
Onboarding and Orientation: Coordinate and lead new hire onboarding, guiding employees through their orientation to ensure a smooth transition. Handle offboarding activities to facilitate seamless exits.
Employee Support: Act as a first point of contact for HR-related questions, offering employees guidance on topics such as benefits, policies, and job conditions.
Recruitment Support: Help streamline the hiring process by conducting reference checks, overseeing background verifications, and communicating job details with applicants.
Record Management: Use Gusto to maintain up-to-date employee files, helping to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
Document Compliance and Filing: Perform regular file audits and organize HR documentation to support accurate and compliant record-keeping.
Administrative Assistance: Draft correspondence and assist with various HR-related reports and administrative tasks as needed.
General HR Support: Support the HR team with additional duties as they arise, contributing to the department’s ongoing success.
Ideal Qualifications
Educational Background: Associate degree in HR, Business, or a related area, or comparable professional experience.
Experience: 1-2 years in an HR support role, with familiarity in using Gusto or similar HRIS systems.
Technical Skills: Competency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and prior experience with Gusto or other HR software.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on effective customer service.
Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
HR Knowledge: Foundational understanding of HR practices, principles, and compliance requirements.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
Ability to work primarily in a seated position, with occasional need for light physical activity.
Flexibility to work some evenings or weekends as needed.
Occasional travel may be required for company meetings or events.

Pay Transparency:
