Position Overview
Concert Hall is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Concert Development team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for music and/or theater who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting client communications, program coordination, and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support for concert development programs and residencies
- Serve as a primary point of communication for clients, ensuring a professional and engaging experience
- Support coordination of 5-day residency programs, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication
- Assist with sales support activities, including outreach and client follow-up
- Manage and contribute to social media efforts to promote programs and engagements
- Maintain organized records, documents, and communications across projects
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of events and programs
Qualifications
- Background or demonstrated interest in music, theater, or performing arts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Positive, motivated mindset with the ability to inspire and engage clients
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Proficiency with Mac-based systems preferred
- Experience with sales support and/or social media management is a plus
