Job Summary
JV Mechanical Contractors is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and managing daily tasks. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in various office management tools.
Responsibilities
Answering phone calls
Scheduling / Dispatching service requests
Data Entry Daily
Assisting with basic clerical support, bookkeeping tasks, etc.
Experience
Previous experience in office management or as an office clerk is preferred.
Familiarity with Microsoft Skills and Computer Skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
