To be successful as an Administrative Assistant, you should have excellent time management skills, be a self-starter and be able to multi-task and prioritize work. A top-notch Administrative Assistant is well-organized, has excellent written and verbal communication, and can maintain good relationships with our clients and team members. TASKS INCLUDE:

· Answer and direct phone calls

· Provide ongoing customer service via telephone and email

· Work closely with clients to process opening account paperwork along with transfers In & Out

· Confirm wires & ach’s

· Close out transaction paperwork

· Carry out administrative duties such as data entry, scanning, filing, typing, copying, binding, etc.

· Sort and distribute the mail

· Assist with Accounts Receivable as needed

· Maintain computer and manual filing systems

· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

· Cover the reception desk when required

· Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

· Provide polite and professional communication

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma, some college preferred

3+ years of experience

Technically savvy. At the minimum – proficient in Office 365 – Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Adobe Acrobat. Quickbooks Enterprise, Zoho skills a plus.

Must be detail oriented, be able to work under the pressure of deadlines & switch hats quickly.

Industrious self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Must possess an open mind and be adaptable to new tasks and procedures

Excellent verbal and written communication, and organizational skills

Must have exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrate high level of self-awareness, professionalism, and integrity with all internal and external parties

Job Location: Frederick, MD.

Other: Applicants must be able to pass a drug test and background investigation. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer.
