Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Real Estate team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of clerical tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
Transcribe meeting notes and other documents accurately
Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and document management
Maintain the Google Calendar for scheduling appointments and meetings
Demonstrate professional phone etiquette while answering calls and directing inquiries
Assist with project coordination by tracking deadlines and deliverables
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
Utilize DocuSign for electronic signatures and document management
Act as a personal assistant to Company Broker
Skills
Strong clerical skills with a focus on organization and attention to detail
Proficient in Google Chrome and other office software
Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation
Familiarity with DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms is a plus
Effective phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to coordinate projects and manage time effectively in a busy environment
