Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-sufficient Administrator to join the Gas Capital department at one of our largest utility clients. In this role, you will support multi-million-dollar projects for gas assets, handling invoices, handling contract management, scheduling, and more. You will collaborate with multiple teams, making strong communication skills and the ability to multitask essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
Report to the Supervisor of Contract Administration.
Collaborate with Construction Support, Scheduling and Routing, and Steward Energy teams.
Oversee invoicing for construction and contractors.
Create job packets and details for construction projects.
Check and mine data in Excel and SAP platforms.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional role.
Experience with administrative tasks such as documentation, invoicing, scheduling, and document creation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SAP.
Compensation: $16/hour to $20/hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
