Job Description
1. Manage administrative tasks for the division/department:
- Manage office supplies, assets, and equipment.
- Handle administrative procedures (payment requests, contracts, internal documents, etc.).
- Organize and archive records and documents.
2. Support operational activities of the division:
- Monitor and coordinate the handling of internal tasks.
- Assist in organizing meetings, scheduling, and preparing materials/data.
3. Participate in organizing internal activities:
- Internal events, team-building activities, and employee engagement programs.
- Support internal communications (announcements, emails, information updates).
4. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
5. Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Job Requirement
- 3–6 months of experience as an HR Intern, Administrative Operations Intern, or equivalent roles
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
- Proactive, agile, highly responsible, and capable of handling multiple tasks
- Good learning ability and adaptability to a dynamic work environment
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to communicate in English
