Job Description

1. Manage administrative tasks for the division/department:

  • Manage office supplies, assets, and equipment.
  • Handle administrative procedures (payment requests, contracts, internal documents, etc.).
  • Organize and archive records and documents.

2. Support operational activities of the division:

  • Monitor and coordinate the handling of internal tasks.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, scheduling, and preparing materials/data.

3. Participate in organizing internal activities:

  • Internal events, team-building activities, and employee engagement programs.
  • Support internal communications (announcements, emails, information updates).

4. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

5. Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirement

  • 3–6 months of experience as an HR Intern, Administrative Operations Intern, or equivalent roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
  • Proactive, agile, highly responsible, and capable of handling multiple tasks
  • Good learning ability and adaptability to a dynamic work environment
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to communicate in English
