Job Summary

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to accountants and tax professionals.
Assist in preparation and assembly of client documents and engagement letters.
Maintain and organize electronic filing systems.
Manage client onboarding tasks, including CRM and data entry.
Coordinate e-signature requests and track project deliverables.
Answer phones, handle correspondence, and manage scheduling.
Assist with billing and invoicing processes.
Qualifications
3+ years administrative experience, preferably in a CPA or professional services firm.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and client service skills.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required..
Work Environment
This position currently requires in-office performance with potential hybrid flexibility. Standard office equipment is used, and the role supports a paperless, cloud-based work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
