We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The Office Administrator will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service while maintaining an efficient office workflow.
Duties
Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and clerical tasks to support daily operations.
Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
Assist in managing office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are readily available.
Utilize company CRM for basic accounting tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
Support scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments, and events as needed.
Handle incoming calls and correspondence, responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve office efficiency.
Experience
Proven experience in an office administration or clerical role is preferred.
Familiarity with data entry processes and office management practices.
Proficient in using standard office software applications; experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a healthcare setting is advantageous but not required.
