Job Summary

Arsenal Funding is a growing specialty finance company seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to manage administrative, operational, and project-based tasks. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient multitasker who takes initiative and exercises good judgment.

This is an in-office role (4-5 days per week) at our Midtown Manhattan office. Please include resume and cover letter.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain calendars. Schedule and coordinate calls, meetings, and conferences. Coordinate travel arrangements as needed. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Utilize various software and tools to manage administrative tasks efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Assist in the preparation, review and organization of documents, contracts, reports, and presentations.
Manage administrative and coordination aspects of special projects as designated.
Process all invoices, set up new vendors, and manage all payments to external partners.
Handle general office and administrative tasks, including ordering of supplies.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree a plus. Min of 2 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role working in a fast-paced, professional environment. Strong administrative and computer skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Flexibility and adaptability.

Compensation Range

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $70,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. In addition, this role is eligible for a discretionary bonus.
