Answer phones and schedule appointments for customers – must have excellent phone skills
Coordinate appointments with our service technicians.
All aspects of customer service.

General office duties including typing, filing, writing letters and proposals.

Microsoft Office – Word, Excel required

QuickBooks a plus – not required.
Must be willing to learn a scheduling software.
Must be available Mon- Friday from 7 am to 4 pm

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
