Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Duties:
– Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
– Assist with project coordination and tracking progress
– Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
– Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
– Assist with order entry and inventory management
– File and organize documents both electronically and in physical form
– Assist with event planning and coordination
– Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
Requirements:
– Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $25.63 – $35.85 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
Ability to Relocate:
