Looking for a construction office person to help in a few areas:
– lead management and dispatching
-office coordination
-permits
-tracking payroll/change orders and invoices
-helping set up for company meetings, functions, etc
-keep track of bonuses, pnl etc with our bookkeeper
-tidy office and business area
-organization from the office
-scheduling
Our team is growing and sadly our current team member is moving to be closer to her family.
We are hoping to fill this position with the right person as we are looking for long term.
We do start at $25 per hour but the potential as you master your position to grow income is there as well as additional income if desired for taking on more work.
