Recruitment Notes
Under the supervision of the Head Start/Early Head Start Human Resources Administrator, the incumbent will prepare, follow-up, and process personnel documents for staff under the Expansion and Child Care Partners grant-funded program. Duties include assisting in the monitoring of Child Care Partners staffing patterns to ensure the appropriate number of staff have the requisite knowledge, skills, and experiences, and are hired to operate the Head Start/Early Head Start program. The incumbent will assist in the approval of new hire staff during Executive and Policy Council Meetings.
