Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a knack for keeping operations running efficiently? We’re looking for a Construction Administrative Assistant to support our growing team in Burlington.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is comfortable juggling multiple priorities in the construction or trades sector.

?? What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting project managers and site supervisors with scheduling and document coordination

Managing purchase orders, invoices, and vendor communications

Maintaining accurate job site records and filing project documentation

Preparing contracts, RFIs, and other construction-related paperwork

Handling incoming calls, emails, and general office support

Coordinating deliveries, permits, and inspections with city officials and subcontractors

What You Bring:

2-3 years of admin experience in construction or a related industry

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Familiarity with construction documents, terminology, and basic project workflows

Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills

A proactive, team-focused attitude

?? Schedule & Compensation:

$22–$25/hr, based on experience

Flexible hours:
Full-time and part-time roles available

Monday–Friday schedule
