The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in helping everyday operations flowing between Sales, Operations, and Customers.
This position will be focused and responsible for various accounts receivable functions, accounts payable management, and subcontractor registration/ management

Essential Functions

Communicate regularly with customers via phone, email, or mail as necessary.

Assist in job set-up coordination for new projects

Send out past-due invoices

maintain and oversee Accounts Payable to ensure we receive invoices from vendors in a timely manner

Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Well-developed interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

Professional telephone skills

Good with planning and organization

Proficient with basic software applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

ability to obtain working knowledge of company computer systems including Key2Act and Great Plains

Familiarity with clerical practices, office procedures, and automated equipment

Abillity to perform assigned duties with minimal supervision; identify problems and implement or recommend solutions; interpret and apply policies and procedures within limit of authority
