Join Our Team as an Administrative Assistant!

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact? We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to keep our office running smoothly and support our team’s success.
What you’ll do:
Keep the office stocked, organized, and running efficiently.
Track and respond to customer reviews to help us meet our goals.
Manage fleet vehicle maintenance and scheduling.
Support new hires with onboarding, welcome announcements, and supplies.
Be the friendly first point of contact for incoming calls, new leads, and warranty claims.
Assist with event prep, in-house meetings, and networking events.
Provide administrative support for team members and visitors.
What we’re looking for:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
Previous office experience is a plus!
What to expect:
Schedule: Full-time, in-office, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Occasionally, evenings and weekends may be required.
