Front Desk Coordinator
GTI Petro is seeking a reliable and proactive Front Desk Coordinator to be the face and heartbeat of our office. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effortlessly juggle multiple tasks, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Manage technician scheduling and routing efficiently.
Coordinate with teams across different locations to streamline operations.
Maintain office organization and provide administrative support as needed.
Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and team members.
Assist with general office duties, including filing, email correspondence, and other administrative tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident and comfortable handling phone calls.
Strong multitasking abilities with exceptional organizational skills.
A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Previous experience in an administrative or front desk role is a plus.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.) preferred.
Familiarity with basic office software and scheduling tools.
