Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, personable, and organized Office Manager/Administrator to join our small team running a real estate brokerage. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in various office software, great customer service skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively.

Duties

Oversee daily office operations with a wide range of responsibilities.
Handle calendar management for scheduling appointments and meetings.
Maintain organized online filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
Provide clerical support including data entry, correspondence, and document preparation.
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors via phone and email.
Assist with human resources related tasks such as onboarding new agents and maintaining agent records.
Ensure the office environment is welcoming and organized.

Requirements

Proven experience in an administrative role with strong clerical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Products or similar software is preferred.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with real estate or related fields is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.50 – $25.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
